After software installation you will have to unlock the software prior to use. In some instances, it will be necessary to unlock the software again if your hardware setup has changed significantly (e.g. new network interface). Click on Start, click all programs, select Visioprime and click on the LicenceManager.exe. Select the application to unlock. Select the features that you require unlocking. Click on Generate Code. A 32 character hexadecimal application code will be generated. Along with the purchase order number forward this number to Visioprime Technical Support, who will generate a unique unlock code. Enter this code into the Enter Unlock Code field. Click the Unlock button to unlock the application. Note: The unlock code is unique to your hardware and the applications that you have purchased from. It cannot be used to unlock applications on any other machine.

When the IVP Client software is started it checks for 2 dependencies. Support for "Direct Sound" and support for "DirectDraw". If the system doesn't meet these dependencies, the software will not start.

There is however a known issue if NetSupport is installed on the system. DirectDraw can in certain circumstances become disabled after a remote session. This is a known issue with old versions of NetSupport. To find a solution to this issue, click here.
